Group Golf Package

Golf Outing Package

  • 72 players + (minimum billing 72 players)

  • Shotgun start (only)

  • Available Monday – Fridays excluding Holidays

    • Early & Late Season Saturdays available

Included

  • 1 round (18 holes) golf per golfer

  • Golf cart for every 2 players

  • Small bucket range balls

  • Practice Center opens 1 hour prior to scheduled outing. Shuttle between Club House and Practice Centre provided.

  • Administrative Services; Personalized / logoed score cards & golf cart cards, on course game signage (closest to pin, longest drive…). Beat the PRO upon prior request.

  • 2 committee golf carts (additional can be arranged through Aldeen staff for an additional charge)

  • Prize package:

    • 1 RPD “Eagle” Golf Membership

    • 1 Foursome of golf with 2 carts @ Aldeen, 2023 season

    • 1 Foursome of golf with 2 carts @ any RPD course, 2023 season

    • 6 small buckets of balls @ Aldeen Practice Centre

For all groups and outings, rain checks will be issued to any player who does not complete their round of golf due to inclement weather. Rain checks will be issued to coordinator to be distributed. Rain dates will NOT be scheduled.

All logistical needs such as tents, extra tables and chairs, bag drop, inflatables games that are not normally at Aldeen can be arranged through the Aldeen staff for an additional charge.  Pricing sheet available.

All food & beverage arrangements must be made through Alchemy @ Aldeen.  Any donated non-alcoholic beverages must be Pepsi Cola products.
