The $2 million bunker renovation that started in August 2025 is nearing completion at Aldeen Golf Club!

We could not be more excited to share the incredible upgrade with our customers and supporters, and we believe everyone will share in that excitement when we re-open in spring of 2026.

Project FAQ

What does the renovation consist of?
All bunkers are being rebuilt using the Better Billy Bunker System method, which is known for its durability and effectiveness in handling rain and moisture. The project also consists of reduction of overall bunker square footage as well as some fairway reshaping.

How is the renovation being funded?
The renovation is 100% donor funded thanks to generous donations from The Norris and Margaret Aldeen Foundation for Rockford and Rick and Lana Engen.
